Satisfaction Policy
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction with every cleaning job. If something was not done to your expectations, we want to make it right.
Refund Conditions
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- The cleaning service was not completed as described
- A significant portion of the job was missed or done improperly
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of the completed service
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled service)
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer (wrong address, locked property, etc.)
Re-Clean Option
Whenever possible, we prefer to offer a complimentary re-clean to resolve any concerns before issuing a refund. This allows us to correct the issue quickly and ensure your home meets our quality standards.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
